** Home Equity Lines of Credit on owner-occupied primary residences within the state of Connecticut. No application fee or closing costs on loan amounts of $250,000 or less. Maximum Loan to Value (LTV) is 80%. 114 month term. $35 annual fee. A prepayment penalty of $500 will be imposed on all new accounts closed within 24 months of origination.
